Yes! While Viva operates as a subscription service, you can still try it with a single order. Simply place a subscription order and then pause your subscription straight afterwards, or drop us a quick message and we'll happily do that for you. That way it works out exactly the same as placing a one-off order.

HelloFresh provides meal kits that still require cooking, whereas Viva delivers fully prepared fresh meals that are ready to eat in minutes — no prep, cooking, or washing up required.

We're also a local Jersey business, meaning our meals are freshly made on the island using the freshest ingredients rather than being shipped across the Channel.

Absolutely. You'll have full control over your meal selections through your MyViva portal. If you don't change anything, we'll simply repeat your last selection — making it effortless to stay on track.

We've got you covered — during checkout, you can set your dietary preferences, and we'll only suggest meals that match your selected filters (which you can update anytime in your MyViva account).

We offer a wide range of vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free options, and all Viva meals are gluten free.

You can also view full ingredient lists, allergen information, and nutrition facts for every meal before ordering. Please note however that all meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

Of course — there's no long-term commitment. You can always edit your meal selection, skip deliveries or pause altogether, provided changes are made at least 72 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery.

We deliver twice weekly across Jersey:

• Sunday deliveries (12:00–20:00) covering Monday – Wednesday meals
• Wednesday deliveries (12:00–20:30) covering Thursday – Saturday meals

Each delivery includes 3 days' worth of fresh, ready-to-eat meals.

If you're not home, we'll leave your meals in your designated safe space in a cooler bag with ice packs, and we'll send you a delivery photo for confirmation.

Meals stay fresh in the fridge for 3 days from delivery and can be frozen for up to 1 month. Each delivery includes clear best-before dates to help you plan your week with confidence.

Yes, each and every meal is high in protein. All meals are also gluten-free and have a minimum of 5 plant points per meal.

No — since all Viva meals are freshly cooked and designed to be consumed within 3 days, we don't use preservatives. Our philosophy is simple: helping people eat better to live better by using real, whole-food ingredients.
