Your meals come in a cooler bag with ice packs. Leave both out at your door or safe spot on your next delivery day and our driver will collect them.
- Fancy keeping one for the beach or the big shop? Fine by us. Just not the whole collection, we need them back.
- Forgot? Put it out next time, we won't hold it against you 🤨.
Delivery times vary.
On your delivery day we aim for 10am to 6pm, but we can't give a slot or take requests. Out? We leave the bag in your safe spot. Either way we email you the moment it's delivered, so there's no need to wait in.
Why do times vary?
- The weather. It's Jersey.
- How many bags are going out that day, and which drivers are on.
- New addresses. Your first few deliveries take a little longer while the driver learns the way to your door.
- Our route planner reorders the stops on the day to keep every bag cold, so you might be earlier one week and later the next.
Nothing by 6pm? Reply to any of our emails and we'll check where your bag is.
Fridge for 3 days, freezer for a month.
Straight into the fridge. Every meal has a use-by date on its label. Anything you won't eat in time, freeze on day one and defrost overnight in the fridge.
Heat in 3 minutes, or eat cold.
Scan the QR on any meal label for its exact times, ingredients and macros.
Swap meals until 3 days before.
Sunday's bag locks Thursday at midday, Wednesday's locks Sunday at midday. A padlock on the delivery means it's locked in and we've ordered the ingredients.

Turn Shuffle on and we choose the meals for any delivery you haven't set yourself, from the dishes that match your preferences, and never the same dish twice in a week. You can still change anything until the cut-off.
Set your preferences.
Tick the proteins you eat and any dietary needs. Shuffle and the menu filters follow them, so you only ever see dishes you'd actually order. Change them any time under Preferences.
Rate what you ate.
After each delivery, tap love, like or not for me on anything you tried. Loved dishes come round more often, a dislike never comes back, and the picks get better every week.
