Earn up to £100 for every friend you bring to Viva

Viva Referral Programme — Terms & Conditions

1. Joining. Anyone may join the Viva referral programme free of charge at viva.je/refer. No purchase is required to become a referrer.
2. The friend’s offer. Referred customers receive 30% off their first 2 deliveries, followed by our standard ongoing discount. The offer is available to new Viva customers only (no previous paid orders) and cannot be combined with any other introductory offer. A referral code cannot be used by the referrer themselves.
3. Referrer rewards. For each referred customer, the referrer earns Viva credit in stages: £10 when the referred customer’s first order is completed and paid; £10 once they have been a customer for 1 month; £30 at 6 months; and £50 at 12 months — up to £100 per referred customer. There is no limit to the number of customers you may refer.
4. How months are counted. A milestone is reached once both enough time has passed since the referred customer’s first order (28, 168 or 336 days respectively) and they have received enough paid deliveries (4, 24 or 48 respectively). Pausing or taking a break delays a milestone but never forfeits it.
5. Receiving credit. If you are an active Viva subscriber, credit is automatically applied to your upcoming deliveries — you don’t need to do anything. If you are not a subscriber, you can request payment of your balance once it reaches £20, using the claim option on your balance page; our team will contact you to arrange payment securely.
6. Expiry. Each credit expires 12 months after it is earned if it has not been used or claimed. We’ll remind you before any credit expires.
7. Fair use. Rewards are not earned for self-referrals, referrals within the same household beyond a reasonable number, or referrals we identify as duplicate or artificial. Viva reserves the right to review, withhold or decline referral rewards where fraudulent, duplicate or self-generated referrals are suspected.
8. Your details. When someone uses your referral link, we show them your first name so they know who sent them. We never share your email address or any other details with them.
9. General. Referral credit has no cash value except as described in section 5, and is non-transferable. Viva may amend or withdraw the programme at any time; rewards already earned will always be honoured.
