Can I place a single order, or do I have to subscribe?

· By Colm Farrington
The short answer

Viva currently runs as a flexible subscription service rather than one-off orders. That said, there’s no minimum term and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account, so many customers use it quite flexibly around busy weeks, work, travel, or recovery.

Subscriptions give us the predictability we need to cook fresh meals to order and source ingredients locally without waste. In return, you get a service that’s flexible to your week — skip when you’re away, change your meal count when your routine shifts, or pause indefinitely if you need a break.

What flexibility looks like in practice

  • Skip a single delivery up to three days before it’s due.
  • Pause your whole plan with no charges until you reactivate.
  • Change your meal count or which meals you receive, taking effect from the next delivery.
  • Cancel any time from your account.
