Card updates take effect immediately. If your card was about to expire and we’d already tried (and failed) to charge it for an upcoming delivery, update it now and use the manual payment link in the failure email to settle that charge.
You can log into your MyViva account and click on “Update My Card Details”. This will securely redirect you to our payment processor, CityPay, where you can update your payment information. We never see or store your card details directly.
