Can I pause or skip a week?

· By Colm Farrington
The short answer

Yes - both, and the difference matters. Skip a single delivery (or a few) if you're away or want a break. Pause your whole subscription indefinitely if you want a longer break with no charges and no deliveries until you're ready to come back. Both are done from your account; both are free; both respect the three-day cut-off (deliveries already locked in will still ship).

Use Skip when you know the dates: e.g. “no delivery this Sunday” or “no deliveries for the next two weeks”. Use Pause when you don’t know when you’ll be back — your subscription waits, no charges, until you reactivate from the same screen.

Pause and Skip changes can take up to 48 hours to fully process. If a delivery has already passed cut-off when you pause, that delivery will still go ahead.
