What’s the deadline to change my upcoming order?

The short answer

You can change, skip, or pause your upcoming delivery up to three days before it arrives. The exact cut-off is midnight on the Thursday before a Sunday delivery, or midnight on the Sunday before a Wednesday delivery. After that, your order is locked in while we finalise ingredients and prepare your box.

The three-day window is so our kitchen can order ingredients, plan the cook, and pack your box without rushing. After midnight on the cut-off day, you can’t edit through your account, but you can always email us and we’ll do what we can.
