The short answer

Set your dietary preferences in your account - vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, plus any specific allergens to avoid - and we'll only show you meals that match. Every meal has full ingredient and allergen information visible before you order. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before signing up so we can talk through whether Viva works for you - our kitchen handles common allergens, and we'd rather have an honest conversation up front than risk a mistake.

Dietary preferences are part of your account profile and apply to every delivery. You can change them any time. The menu filters automatically so you only see meals that fit.

Allergens — what we can and can’t promise

Our kitchen prepares meals that contain common allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, sesame, mustard, celery). We label every meal with its allergen profile, but we can’t guarantee no cross-contact. If you have a serious allergy, get in touch with us at hello@viva.je before ordering and we’ll talk through your situation honestly.
