Why can’t I change my meals?

The short answer

If meal selection is locked, you've passed the three-day cut-off for that delivery. The kitchen has started preparing your meals based on the selection you had at that point. You can still change meals for any future delivery - open the menu and pick a different delivery date. If you need a last-minute change, email us at hello@viva.je and we'll do what we can.

The cut-off is midnight three days before your delivery: midnight Thursday for a Sunday delivery, midnight Sunday for a Wednesday delivery.
