How long do Viva meals stay fresh?
Each meal has a use-by date on the label. To keep everything as fresh as possible, we currently deliver twice per week on Sundays and Wednesdays. Most customers either eat their meals within around 3 days of delivery or freeze some meals for later in the week. All meals freeze very well, except for dishes containing eggs.
