Yes. If your pause hasn't started yet, you can cancel it from your account before it takes effect. If your subscription is already paused, you can reactivate it from the same screen - your next delivery will be the next available Sunday or Wednesday that respects the three-day lead time. No need to email us unless something's stuck.
Log into your account and go to My Meals. You'll see your upcoming delivery with each meal slot - tap any slot to swap it for a different meal from the menu. Changes save automatically. You can change meals up to three days before delivery. After that, your selection is locked.
On your meal selection page, tap the size toggle on the meal you want to change. Each Large meal counts as one of your weekly meal slots but with bigger portions. You can mix Regular and Large within a single delivery - pick whichever combination fits your week. Size choices respect the three-day cut-off, same as meal swaps.
